Elder Reginald King is a native New Yorker and received his primary and secondary education in the New York City Public School System. He is currently working on his Master in Business Administration.

At an early age he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the King of Glory Temple under the late Bishop Robert Ward where he was also ordained.

Elder King is a member of Greater Saint Mary Church where Bishop James R. Chambers is Senior Minister, where he has served as an adjutant and Youth Pastor. He also serves as Adjutant General for United Covenant Churches of Christ where The Most Reverend Eric Daniel Garnes is the Presiding Prelate and The Right Reverend James R. Chambers. Bishop Chambers serves as General Secretary and Military Vicar.

Elder King has published his first book, entitled Anointing of the Second Man, which is a practical hands-on manual for the Adjutant/Armor Bearer. He has also written several short works to assist those serving in the Helps Ministry, which includes “Reviving the Spirit of the Usher; A Manual for Ushers”.  He has also served as an instructor for the Berean Bible Institute and Bethel Bible Institute.

In August of 1991, he was united in Holy Matrimony to his wife Colette E. King and that union produced two children Regina and Renee. Sister King also serves in the ministry and is currently Director of the Liturgical Dance Ministry at Greater Saint Mary Church.

Elder King’s passion is to serve and teach others the value of servitude.
If anything is said of Elder King let it be, “He Served With Passion!”
